BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Lake of Soft, Ltd End User License Agreement accompanies the Vibrant Communicator ActiveX components version 3.0 product and related explanatory materials ("Software"). The term "Software" also shall include any upgrades, modified versions or updates of the Software licensed to you by the Lake of Soft, Ltd. Please read this Agreement carefully. You accept this agreement and continue to install the Software or, if you do not wish to accept this Agreement, you will not be able to use the Software and should remove it from your system. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Lake of Soft, Ltd grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the Software, provided that you agree to the following: 1. USE OF THE SOFTWARE You may install the Software on a hard disk or other storage device, and make your own backup copies of Software. You may use the Software for evaluation purposes only. Using the Software for any other objectives requires you to order a Single or Corporative license of the Software. 2.
