WeatherStudio combines a vast array of live weather data, products, maps, and charts into a single map that the user can pan and zoom. GFS/NDFD/NAM/RAP Model Data, Placefiles, Radar Loops, Satellite, Storm Reports, Hurricane Paths, Surface Observations, Watches/Warnings, Buoys, Shapefiles, GPS support, FTP Uploading, etc. Made for Storm Chasers, Mariners, Meteorologists, yet simple enough for home users. WeatherStudio End User License Agreement You must fully read, understand, and comply with ALL of the following terms in order to use WeatherStudio: I. DEFINITIONS "Main Program": Main executable file of this software package ("WeatherStudio.exe" by default), the one that performs the advertised tasks; "Running": When the "Main Program" is registered as a process in the host operating system; "Opening": The act of causing the "Main Program" to be "Running"; "Opened"; When "Opening" of the "Main Program" has occurred, or whenever the "Main Program" has been "Running"; "Usage": Input from the user into the "Main Program" or any other binaries in this package, sometimes producing response, sometimes non-visual response, from the "Main Program" or "Opening" the "Main Program"; "Commercial Usage": Any "Usage" performed by or for a Commercial entity, or an employee, affiliate, representative, etc., or any usage of graphics produced by the "Main Program" in Commercial productions, whether interal or external, private or public; "Installation": The process of writing the program files onto the target system's or target systems' storage device(s), and setting the appropriate registry values/other configurations. "Modify": The process of altering the files included in the original installation, its copies, its generated output (except for WeatherStudio settings files, WeatherStudio Layer files, WeatherStudio map files, WeatherStudio sequence files, WeatherStudio FTP configuration files, and WeatherStudio video configuration files), and works that have derived from the files included in this software package; "Distribution": Making this installer, this software package, or any of the files generated and/or derived from the original installation, installer, or "Main Program" except for WeatherStudio settings files, WeatherStudio Layer files, WeatherStudio map files, WeatherStudio sequence files, WeatherStudio FTP configuration files, and WeatherStudio video configuration files), available to outside parties; "Author": PaulMarv Software, its employee(s), administrator(s), and developer(s) II. COMMERCIAL USAGE "Commercial Usage" of WeatherStudio requires, except as permitted by section IV. "EVALUATION", a commercial license, which is more costly than a personal license. Under "Commercial Usage", WeatherStudio graphics, or any other produced image, video, or digital product from the "Main Program" not excepted in the definition of "Distribution", may not be "Distributed" without a commercial license having been purchased. III. LIABILITY The "Author" will never be in any way liable or responsible for any damages caused by any "Usage", proper or improper, of the software package, advertising, installer, installation, or any content deemed inclusive by the "Author", or caused by by any effect or result from these things whatsoever. These damages include any negative effects that could be conceived as resultant from the software, use of the software, or from PaulMarv Software. By agreeing to these terms you assume that "Usage" and installation of this software IS AT YOUR OWN RISK! This software, even if used in a proper manner, is not promised to fulfill its task as anomalies and occasional bugs/errors may occur. We try to keep these to a minimum, but they cannot always be completely avoided. The "Author" is not liable for any bugs, errors, or any outcome of this software package. IV. EVALUATION Once the "Main Program" has been first "Opened", the user is granted 14 days to evaluate the software for purchase. ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE OTHER THAN CLICKING THE "BUY NOW" BUTTON AFTER THESE 14 DAYS IS PROHIBITED UNTIL THE USER PURCHASES THE SOFTWARE! V. INSTALLATION This installation may reside on only one computer. This software is exclusive and only one license is granted to each party. Additionally copies of the software must be purchased through additionall licenses. VI. MODIFICATION This software, including the installer program, may NOT be reverse engineered, or in any way "Modified". This software is only to be sold, leased, or rented by the "Author". No derivative works of this software are allowed. VII. COPIES AND DISTRIBUTION This software may only have one installation per computer, and is not to be copied or "Distributed", IN ANY WAY, by without consent of the "Author". Multiple licenses are required for multiple installations and discounts may be given in keeping with the quantity of licenses being purchased.
