Ezidoits Helpdesk gives you real-time access to our Help Desk, and our trained, friendly and efficient staff. Should you have a query - whether to do with Ezidoits as an application, or in a wider computer-usage sense - this module has a Helpdesk enquiry section where you can speak to our staff, as well as a reference section for "Frequently Asked Questions". This allows you to browse through queries others have made, in case your query has already been asked and answered. ( It may be that your question is an original one, in which case your enquiry will benefit others as well ! ) Alternatively, via the Instant Messenger function, you can send an e-mail enquiry and thus save the time waiting for a response. Our staff monitor the Messenger service closely and will respond either with the answer to your question or with an indication of any delay. We don't portray ourselves as knowing the answers to every question, and some may take a little more research than others - but you will will receive a prompt and complete response to any query you make. If appropriate, that response may include a suggested link or links, to sites for more information. You can activate all the Ezidoits Departments and get a guided tour through the various functions available. Each department is overseen by an animated "Doit" that carries out selected tasks and provides an introductory tutorial giving an overview of how Ezidoits can make your PC ownership a more rewarding an enjoyable experience.

Before you download Ezidoits trial version you must read this Software License Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions contained herein, you may not download Ezidoits trial version. Laek Limited - Ezidoits trial version Software License Agreement (SLA). This SLA is an agreement between the Licensor (Laek Limited) and the Licensee (the organisation and/or the individual agreeing to the SLA), who is being licensed to use Ezidoits trial version (the Software). The Licensee acknowledges that this SLA is only a limited nonexclusive license. The Licensor is and remains the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the Software. The Licensee acknowledges that the Software is provided Free of Charge for evaluation purposes. The Licensee acknowledges the evaluation period will be for 3 calendar months only from date of download of the Software. This SLA permits the Licensee to install and deploy the Software as required. The Software is subject to a limited warranty. The Licensor warrants to the Licensee that the Software will perform according to its printed documentation, and to the best of the Licensor's knowledge the Licensee's use of the Software according to the printed documentation is not an infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights. This limited warranty lasts for a period of 30 days after download. To the extent permitted by law, THE ABOVE-STATED LIMITED WARRANTY REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This SLA is the entire and exclusive agreement between the Licensor and the Licensee regarding the Software. This SLA replaces and supersedes all prior negotiations, dealings, and agreements between the Licensor and the Licensee regarding the Software. This SLA is valid without the Licensor's signature. It becomes effective upon the earlier of the Licensee's signature or the Licensee's download of the Software.
